We want to ensure that every customer receives a quality experience when they purchase from Every Fetish because customer service is our highest priority. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange so please be sure on your purchase. Shipping/Handling Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Everyfetishky.com! Orders are process and ship within 3-5 business days after your purchase. Any orders made after 4pm est. on Fridays your order will not be processed until that following Monday. We offer free shipping on all US orders over $100. You will receive an email with tracking information and estimated delivery date once your order ships. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. For any reason you do not receive this information please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Please beware of holidays and/ or bad weather that may take a longer time for you to receive your purchase, but our team will be sure to work on your order in a timely matter to keep our customers happy.


Once UPS is in possession of your package, Every Fetish has no control. This matter will have to be taken up with your local UPS office. We will not be responsible for shipping to the wrong address that was originally sent to our company.
